Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at locksmithsolutionsllc.com or requesting locksmith service from Locksmith Solutions LLC, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Locksmith Solutions LLC provides mobile automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding El Paso County communities. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Vehicle lockouts and car key replacement
- House and business lockouts
- Lock installation, repair, and rekeying
- Smart lock installation
- High-security lock systems and master key systems
- Commercial access control and panic bar installation
- Safe lockout and installation
Service Appointments and Availability
We accept service requests by phone and through our website contact form. While we make every effort to respond promptly, appointment availability depends on current scheduling, technician location, and service demand.
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Emergency service availability may vary.
Pricing and Payment
Locksmith Solutions LLC provides pricing estimates before work begins whenever possible. Final pricing may change if the scope of work differs from the initial assessment, for example when additional parts, hardware, or labor are required.
We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Warranty
Work performed by Locksmith Solutions LLC is backed by a workmanship warranty. If an issue arises with a service we performed, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others after our service.
Hardware and parts may carry their own manufacturer warranty, separate from our service warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
When requesting locksmith service, you represent that:
- You are the owner of the property or vehicle, or have authorization from the owner to request locksmith service
- The information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate
- You will provide reasonable access to the lock, door, or vehicle that needs service
Locksmith Solutions LLC reserves the right to request identification or proof of ownership before performing service, particularly for vehicle lockouts and lock changes.
Limitation of Liability
Locksmith Solutions LLC will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles discovered during service
- Damage resulting from defective or worn hardware that fails during normal service
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or supply availability
Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
Website Use
The content on our website is provided for general information about our locksmith services. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all details are current at all times.
You agree not to:
